The law firm was created
in February 1994 by the group of founders with the assistance of Russian
Federation Chamber of Commerce with the aim to offer juridical services
for enterprises and provide a business juridical security.
The law firm is one
of the leader companies in Astrakhan region in circle of consulting
and legal security of corporate accounts.
The staff of the law firm
consists of the expertise jurists, the valuators with the Russian Valuators
Association certificate, and other specialists requisite for application
of consulting and juridical services.
The law firm largely
cooperate with the Administration of Astrakhan region particularly
with the Department
for international and foreign economic relations with whom has agreement
about the combine activity in long-range lines; with the representatives
of Azerbaijan Republic in Astrakhan region, and also with economy subjects
of different types of property, including not-for-profit and pubic organizations.

The chief of the company is
DIVIN Alexey Guennadievitch
who has been the director since the moment of company creation.
He has a higher education (in 1989
graduated from Juridical Academy in Saratov).
After graduation he worked in the Procurator
office of Astrakhan region as a investigator, examining magistrate, senior
examining magistrate; from 1993 he worked as an advocate in Interrepublican
Advocate College.
